Gota de secà is the final part of a trilogy that began in 2021 with Nu.A and continues in 2023 with Ni.U
An element that unites these three pieces is sound research and research with real-time electronics.
Gota de secà is a musical work with video and electronics in solo format.
It is the result of Núria Andorrà’s research and reflection on water and drought, who uses her sound universe to create an interdisciplinary show where she uses glass instruments, her voice, electronics and Sara Boldú’s videos, to convey that water is a treasure that is slipping out of our hands. and that without it life is extinguished.
Artificial intelligence is used to create electronic sounds through a sensor that captures the artist’s movement and allows them to create a sound space in real time with artificial intelligence.
